Are You Taking Time To Play?

It is so easy to get caught up in life’s many demands and obligations. Everyday the “To Do” list grows no matter how much you try to get done. I am just as guilty of being all about work and forgetting to play. This past weekend, I was reminded how rejuvenating play is, and how important it is to keep it in our lives. This weekend I went out into the snow and played with a special playmate who reminded me of the simple joy that rises in our souls when we play. We made snow angels and threw some snowballs and just enjoyed the beauty we were surrounded by.

The refreshment of play recharged my battery and allowed me to bring back to work the energy to focus on the tasks at hand more effectively…so we can say…play is efficiency!!
